£1,250,000 in 'State of the Art' CNC lathes with magazine bar feed, capable of producing
from 50 off to 2,500 precision turned components per month with equal
efficiency and at very competitive cost! |

| Dynamic 'hands on' management
and a realistic attitude to meeting changing customer demands of CNC turning
has focused DRN's concentration on methods of increasing output and improving quality
whilst reducing costs! This has been achieved through maximum utilisation of space, 24
hour unmanned running and a highly skilled workforce individually responsible for their
part in the Total Quality Management process. |

DRN has established 'Partnership
Working' practices with many customers providing 'Just in Time' and Kanban deliveries as
well as weekly or monthly call offs from annual contracts. The diversity of products in
which individual or kits of DRN precision turned components play an important part is too
